關鍵字: 產品生命週期、手機按鍵產業、學習型組織;This study examines how a company in an industry in the declining stage of its product life cycle could implement a successful transformation strategy to get itself out of difficulty. Based on the theory of product life cycle and learning organization as well as analyses of marketing strategy, SWOT, and Porter’s five forces, the following strategies are suggested: a fast-growing response to the market with information on environmental changes, vertical integration, added value creation of products by aggressive learning, collaboration with rivals, enhancement of marketing capability, adjustment of business models and organization change.
