近年來，環境保護、永續發展的議題越來越受到重視，人們開始有節約能源的觀念、企業在追求獲利的同時，也開始試著降低對環境的污染、政府訂定了越來越嚴謹的法規、追求環境保護的組織也紛紛成立。 生態效益為世界企業永續發展委員會所提出的觀點，希望企業能夠以更少的環境衝擊去創造更大的利益。一提出便獲得世界各國的認可，將之視為永續發展的主要方法。然而日前美專家指出，由於人類的濫墾濫伐、排放有毒物質、製造環境汙染，造成許多生物的棲息地受到破壞，進而影響整個生態系統的運作。儘管環保觀念已經開始實踐，但速度必須加快，方能夠避免人類的滅亡。 製造業一直被認為是造成環境汙染、自然資源消耗等環境問題的主要來源之一，隨著人們環保意識的成長，要求製造業引進綠色管理的聲浪日益增加。品質機能展開為製造業近年來相當推崇的一套管理技術，透過將顧客的需求轉化為產品的技術特性，來發展、改善產品的品質，製造出更能滿足顧客的產品。本文研究將生態效益與品質機能展開加以整合，建構出一個生態效益觀點的新產品開發模型。目的在於提供製造業者一個同時追求環境保護及產品價值的產品製造流程，藉由了解顧客的環境需求排序，製造出滿足顧客、富有競爭力的產品。 ;Environmental protection and sustainable development issues had gained more and more attention in recent years. People began to have the concept of energy conserving. Enterprises began to try to reduce the pollution to the environment when pursuing for profit. Governments set more and more strictly regulations. Lots of environmental protection organizations have been founded. Eco efficiency was proposed by The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). It hoped that Enterprises could create greater interest with less impact on the environment. The concept was immediately recognized all around the world, also considered as the main method of sustainable development. However, experts pointed out that due to the over reclamation and deforestation, emissions of toxic substances and environment pollution, many organisms’ habitat was destroyed, thereby, affecting the operation of the entire ecosystem. Although the concept of environmental protection has begun to practice, but the pace must be accelerated to avoid the extinction of mankind. Manufacturing industry is considered as one of the main sources of environment pollution, nature resources consumption and other environmental problems. With the growing awareness of environmental protection, the voice for the manufacturing industry to use green management is getting louder and louder. Quality function deployment (QFD) is quite a respected management techniques for manufacturing industry recently. QFD transfers the customer needs into technical characteristics, helping company to develop and improve the product quality, create a product which can meet customer’s need better. In this paper, the author integrated the eco-efficiency and house of quality, the core idea of QFD, constructed a new product development model with the view of eco-efficiency. The purpose is to provide manufacturers a manufacturing process that pursuit not only environmental protection but also product value. And finally manufacture a product which is competitive and satisfied with customers by understanding the priority environmental requirements to the customer.
