本研究主要目的是探討影響臺灣大專畢業生就業行爲和就業狀態的因素,如個人特質和家庭因素等。本研究針對不同就業狀態的群體提出三個假設,并採用二元邏輯廻歸和多元邏輯回歸進行檢驗。 研究結果顯示,家庭背景和個人特質對臺灣大專畢業生的就業狀態有顯著影響;對全職就業者和消極求職者這兩個群體而言,父母的就業狀態和居住地會影響他們的求職行爲。此外,社會科學、商業、法律等專業的畢業生求職機會較少。最後,文末提出了本研究的管理意涵及研究限制。;This study is aim at drawing a big picture of Taiwanese college graduates’ employment outcomes in order to find out the characteristics and determinants which believed to have influences on their employment behaviors. Three hypotheses were developed for studying different groups of employment outcomes, using binary logits and multinomial logits. Results revealed that both family background and personal attributes have influences on different groups of Taiwan college graduates’ employment outcomes. Results demonstrated that parental employment and residential area serve as factors within family background variable in determining the employment behaviors of college graduates of full-time employed ones and inactive jobless ones. Moreover, graduates majored Social Science/Business/Law had lower chance than others in job seeking. Additionally, some implications and limitations were also given in the last part of this study.
