This study focuses on the research of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on the followers and their performance with the personality of conscientiousness as Moderator variables, and evaluated the links between the job performance and its leadership practices. This study bases on a domestic private corporation in the northern Taiwan of their full time employees as sample structural survey. Totally 180 copies of questionnaire were sent, 150 copies were returned. Questionnaires response rate 83.33%. 146 copies sufficient response, 4 incorrect copies (missing answers, unsuitable or invalid answers). Valid questionnaires response rate 81.11%. Statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS 20 Chinese version of the tool as the data analysis. In order to test the hypothesis of this study, the information obtained in reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, statistical correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis etc. for its data analysis. The critical findings of this thesis are as follows: 1. Transactional leaders are described to hold positive expectations for followers, believing that they can do their best. 2. Transformational leaders are described to hold positive expectations for followers, believing that they can do their best. 3. Conscientious of personality traits of employees with significant positive correlation of their job performance. 4. Conscientious of personality employees has negative Intervening effects under the charge of transactional leadership and job performance. 5. Conscientious of personality employees has negative Intervening effects under the charge of transformational leadership and job performance.
