適應性績效是基於組織動態,員工適應環境變化所從事的行為。組織承諾為員工與組織間情感上的連結,是員工行為的意圖表現。兩者可能會受到其他因素影響,例如:組織公民行為,即員工自主表現出未被規範於工作描述的角色外行為。本研究主要在探討適應性績效是否會受到組織承諾及組織公民行為所影響,研究方法採用問卷調查,共計回收250份有效問卷。在進行迴歸分析後,發現組織承諾、組織公民行為、適應性績效皆為正向相關,且組織公民行為可部分中介組織承諾與適應性績效之關係。;Adaptive performance refers to employee adaptive behavior due to dynamic organizational and changing environment. Organizational commitment is the emotional linking between the employee and the organization, the intention to perform certain behavior. The relationship between organizational commitment and adaptive performance may be mediated by other variables, such organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which refers to employee voluntary, extra-role behavior that is not described by the job description. A total of 250 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Results show positive correlation among organizational commitment, OCB, and adaptive performance, and OCB partially mediated the relationship.
