摘要:	運動服務產業的推廣，及國人運動風氣的盛行，使得運動場館、健身房等相關產業蓬勃發展。臺北市運動中心的營運廠商，其經營管理各有優缺點。為了吸引運動族群，場館設施的營運及服務，需要滿足消費者的需求從競爭的產業中脫穎而出。藉由本研究找出臺北市營運績效較好的場館單位，成功經驗供其他縣市廠商營運時參照的目標，本研究將藉由資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)中的模式探討臺北市運動中心的營運績效。;The continuous promotion of sport services industry and the trend of people take exercise make sports centers, gyms and other related flourish. In Taipei City sports centers, operating companies have its advantages and disadvantages. In order to attract sport groups, sport facilities and services required to meet the needs of consumers. With this research to find better operating performance in Taipei City sport centers, the successful experience provides the target reference for other operating companies. This research use Data envelopment analysis to analyze operating performance in Taipei City sport centers.
