    Title: 應用文字探勘分析ERP之趨勢發展:以Twitter為例

    Abstract: 隨著社群平台的興起, ERP供應商透過社群平台向大眾傳達產品資訊,而群眾亦透過社群平台彼此交流分享ERP產業中的資訊,社群平台因此匯集了ERP產業中各方多元的資訊訊息。本研究利用社群媒體文字探勘,了解ERP供應商在ERP產業中的發展脈絡以及群眾對於ERP產業關注的方向。研究結果顯示,雲端技術及大數據資料倉儲與分析為ERP產業近年來的發展重點,而各ERP供應商所著重發展的技術與應用亦不盡相同,如SAP較著重於資料倉儲上的相關技術研發,Oracle E-business主要強調與財務管理相關的應用程式功能上的提升,Oracle JD Edwards在雲端科技上具有較顯著的應用,例如雲端資料庫平台12C,而Sage在CRM解決方案中受到群眾較高度的討論。
    另外,透過本研究結果可知,ERP供應商所重視的主題與群眾所關注的議題也有所不同,例如,SAP近年來多針對產品HANA與資料倉儲,而群眾則擴大討論與大數據相關的資料智慧等議題,由於Oracle E-business在社群媒體上主要發表其產品功能上的強化,因此群眾除了其產品R12及相關工作職缺,較無過多的討論。群眾對於Oracle JD Edwards的討論是十分多元的,除了針對其產品的討論外,也會關注其高階經理人的公開發文。而Sage,群眾對於其CRM的解決方案具有高度的討論,但企業本身的官方帳號卻甚少宣傳CRM的相關產品。以上結果可作為衡量企業經營社群媒體之成效,也可協助企業瞭解群眾對企業之看法,進而調整企業設群媒體經營策略及產品發展方向。
    ;With the rise of social media, ERP vendors apply this new channel to communicate information of product to the public. Hence, this study aims to use social media mining to understand the trend of the ERP industry and public opinions toward ERP industry. The results from Twitter show that ERP industry focuses on the development of cloud technology and big data computing in recent years. SAP focuses more on technology development of data warehouse. Oracle e-business mainly focus on the functions of financial management. Oracle JD Edwards promotes the applications in cloud technologies, such as cloud database platform 12C. Sage addresses more on its CRM solutions.
    In addition, the focuses of the public and ERP vendors are different according to the social media mining on Twitter. For example, SAP in recent years pays more attention on HANA and data warehouse, but the public are interested in the solutions of big data and business intelligence from SAP. Regarding Oracle E-business, the public generally discusses about its R12 products and the related job opportunities. The discussion about Oracle JD Edwards is quite diverse from the public. Main topics include product discussion and company managers. Meanwhile, people are generally interested on the CRM solutions of Sage, which seems not the main target from Sage’s tweets. The results from this study can be used as a measure of effectiveness on social media, which may assist enterprises to understand the views of the public to company’s product. Further adjustments can be set up for social media strategy and product development.
