本研究以台灣各產業職員為研究對象,探討工作滿意度與工作要求、工作控制、內在動機及敬業精神之關聯性。本研究採用便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,共蒐集312份有效問卷。 研究結果顯示: (1) 工作要求與工作滿意度有負向的關係; (2) 工作控制與工作滿意度有正向的關係; (3) 內在動機與工作滿意度有正向的關係; (4) 工作滿意度與敬業精神有正向的關係。本研究依據研究結果,提出管理意涵及建議未來研究方向。 ;This study investigates the relationships among job demands, job control, intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, and engagement. It is found that job demands is negatively related to job satisfaction. Job control is positively related to job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation is positively related to job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction is positively related to engagement. Managerial implication and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
