    論文名稱:員工休閒效益認知、休閒參與與生活滿意度之關聯

      隨著社會型態的發展、文明的推進,休閒活動早已是現代人不可缺乏且演進成多元類型。在這文明的步調下,對於現代工作者而言不只是調劑,更是生活的一部分,因此從公司企業的角度在提供這些休閒活動的同時,如何透過員工自身對於休閒效益的認知看法,對應到所提供的休閒活動之實際參與,進而影響其生活滿意度,帶出觀察並回饋管理建議,為本研究的目的。

      本研究以問卷調查方式進行,分別以2家個案公司為樣本基礎,發放共計308份、有效問卷回收共計260份進行研究分析,經過相關分析與迴歸分析後,得到以下結果與驗證:
    個案公司員工的休閒效益認知對於其休閒參與有部分正向影響。
    個案公司員工的休閒參與對於其生活滿意度有正向影響。

    因此本研究結論是建議企業應持續強化休閒活動的措施提供,針對員工的認知偏好為重點,以建立優良職場環境並打造良好福利。

    ;The relationships among leisure benefit perception, leisure involvement and life satisfaction

    Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to know how the modern employees’ leisure benefit perception reflects upon their life satisfaction through their involvement in the corporate leisure activities, and we could learn the lessons from the feedback for the futuristic managerial practice. The findings of this study are as following:
    1.Employees’ leisure benefits perception has a significant effect on employees’ leisure involvement in the corporate.
    2.Employees’ leisure involvement has a significant effect on employees’ life satisfaction.
    Therefore, the conclusion of this study is to encourage corporates to reinforce the leisure activities towards employees’ preference to maintain well working environment.
