員工的心理狀態會影響個人的工作表現和組織整體的績效,本研究由主管與部屬交換關係和職場友誼兩個社交面向,探討兩者和員工心理狀態之間的關係。此外,本研究亦檢視員工的心理狀態和組織認同及助人行為之間的關係。本研究採便利抽樣進行問卷發放,共蒐集有效問巻390份。研究結果證實:(1)主管與部屬交換關係與職場友誼有正向的關係;(2)主管與部屬交換關係與職場友誼兩者和心理狀態有正向的關係;(3)心理狀態與組織認同及助人行為有正向的關係。基於上述結論,本研究進而提出管理意涵以及對未來研究之建議。;This study explores the relationships among leader-member exchange, workplace friendship, psychological conditions, organizational identification, and helping behavior. Data were collected through the survey. A total of 390 copies of valid questionnaires was collected and analyzed. It is found that leader-member exchange is positively related to workplace friendship. Besides, both leader-member exchange and workplace friendship are positively related to employees’ psychological conditions. Employee’s psychological conditions are also positively related to their organizational identification and helping behavior. Managerial implications and recommendation for future research are thus discussed.
