研究發現可分為三個部分:一、黑暗人格會影響表面從眾;二、表面從眾會影響心理需求;三、財務獎勵及非財務獎勵具有調節效果,研究結果顯示黑暗人格和表面從眾之間有顯著的相關性,此外,表面從眾也會會造成心理需求的不滿足及挫敗,最後,非財務獎勵能夠調節心理變態者。本研究預期貢獻分為三部分,第一部分,針對黑暗人格採取的軟性策略,本研究的「表面從眾行為」延伸黑暗人格行駛軟性手段的策略;第二部分,本研究,探討表面從眾是否會造成個體的降低心理需求,以擴展表面從眾對於個體的影響。第三,本研究探討財務獎勵與非財務獎勵是否足夠成為誘因,讓黑暗人格做出表面從眾的行為,以及獎勵是否能夠調節表面從眾下的心理的狀況。;The study examines whether employees with dark personalities exhibit apparently submissive behavior in organisations. In addition, I would like to know whether employees are influenced by external incentives to engage in facades of conformity behavior. and whether it can adjust the facades of conformity. In this study, data were collected through an online questionnaire and a paper questionnaire, and the subjects who had working experience. In early March 2020, we started to distribute the targets. There were 373 questionnaires with a validity rate of 93.25%. The statistical software SPSS 20 and AMOS 18 were used to assist in the data analysis after the questionnaires were collected in order to examine the model of this study and related hypotheses.
The findings can be divided into three parts. First, Dark personality affects facades of conformity. Second, facades of conformity affects psychological needs. Third, Financial and non-financial incentives moderate effects. The findings showed a significant correlation between dark personality and facades of conformity. In addition, facades of conformity can cause psychological needs to be dissatisfied and frustrated, Finally, non-financial rewards can moderate psychopathology. The expected contribution of this study is divided into three parts.
The first part, the facades of conformity of this study extends the soft strategies for the dark personality. In the second part of this study, we examine whether the facades of conformity cause a reduction of the individual′s psychological needs. In order to extend the effect of facades of conformity from the individual. Third, this study examines whether financial and nonfinancial incentives are sufficient incentives to make dark triad engage in facades of conformity and affect the psychological condition.
