面對飛速發展的知識經濟時代,企業之間的競爭也日趨激烈,其本質是對人才的爭奪,人才漸漸成為企業最重要的資產。在這樣的背景下,員工的工作敬業成為組織增強競爭力的關鍵因素,同時,也是員工工作活力、奉獻和專注度的重要指標。領導是企業的領頭羊,不同的領導風格對員工的行為和態度會產生不同的影響。近年來,企業因為人才競爭激烈,許多學者也踴躍參與這方面相關的研究及探討。但是,對領導風格的研究,大多集中於變革型及交易型領導風格對員工離職、組織承諾、工作壓力等方面的影響,很少有學者按照專制型領導、民主型領導及放任型領導來進行相關的研究,本文基於此緣由,將探討領導風格(專制型、民主型、放任型)對員工工作敬業的影響,組織認同為調節變項。;Facing the rapid development of knowledge economy era, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, its essence is the competition for talent, talent gradually become the most important assets of enterprises. In this context, the employee′s work commitment becomes a key factor in the organization′s competitiveness, and it is also an important indicator of the employee′s work vitality, dedication and concentration. Leadership is the leader of the enterprise, different leadership styles will have different effects on the behavior and attitude of employees. In recent years, enterprises because of the fierce competition for talent, many scholars are also actively involved in this aspect of related research and discussion. However, most of the research on the leadership style focuses on the impact of the transformational and transaction-oriented leadership style on employee departure, organizational commitment, job pressure, and so on, few scholars in accordance with the authoritarian leadership, democratic leadership and decentralized leadership to carry out related research, this paper based on this reason, will explore the leadership style (authoritarian, democratic, decentralized) on the impact of work engagement, the organization recognized as a regulatory variable.
