Abstract:	環境意識抬頭與國際間對於企業永續性的規範，組織必須以系統化的制度應對環境管理的議題。環境管理最重要的因素是人，因此綠色人力資源管理即是用以提升組織環境績效的重要工具，然而此議題缺乏基礎理論的研究與針對實證研究的後設分析，並藉由綠色人力資源管理量表的建立與分析，可在學術理論與實務應用有所貢獻，反映綠色人力資源管理對於組織競爭力的重要性。本研究提出兩階段的計畫，第一階段，承接先前的研究文獻，以後設分析整理近20年的相關實證結論，並提出假設命題，修正所提之理論架構。第二階段，採用量化調查的方式，以實證資料來考驗所提之理論架構與命題的適切性。冀望能增進該議題在學術發展上的深度，以及實務界的應用價值。
