In recent years, the technology industry has experienced a severe "labor shortage" situation, forcing companies to use many strategies such as expand recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit more talent. Effectively attracting and recruiting talent has become a significant issue for companies. Nowadays, companies are committed to reducing employee turnover to keep them in companies. In this situation, companies and employees begin to emphasize "employee experience". Good employee experience can make employees feel satisfied and increase their sense of organizational identification. During employees’ work period, they have a long period of contact with their supervisors. The leadership style of the supervisors can influence employees and even impact organizational operations. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the impact of leadership style on the cultural environment of employee experience and employee turnover intention, and verify the effect of supervisor leadership style as moderating variables. The research results found below: 1. The cultural environment of employee experience has a negative impact on employee turnover intention. 2. When transactional and transformational leadership work at the same time, transactional leadership style has a positive moderating effect on the cultural environment of employee experience and employee turnover intention.
