依據工作環境適配理論架構,個人工作適配能促進工作投入,並進而提升工作績效與降低離職率,而多工需求是現代工作環境中不可避免的現象,且研究顯示和壓力有關。因此,了解多工環境下如何提升個人工作適配非常重要;此外,個人差異也是影響員工工作態度及感知的重要因素。因此,本研究藉由問卷調查法探討高科技產業員工的多工、工作敬業與個人工作適配,以及暗黑人格特質之間的關係,結果顯示多工有益於提升個人工作適配,個人工作適配和工作敬業正相關,而個人的暗黑人格特質則在前述多工和個人工作適配的正向關聯間扮演調節的角色。最後提出本研究之理論與實務意涵,並列出本研究之研究限制與未來可能的研究方向。;According to person-environment Fit Framework, person-job fit can facilitate employees’ work engagement, and then enhance performance & reduce turnover rate. Multitasking is a common phenomenon and unavoidable in modern workplace, and extant research has shown its relation with strain. As a result, enhancing person-job to facilitate employees’ work under multitasking environment is important. Also, individual differences play an important role in work related perceptions and attitudes. This dissertation empirically investigates the relationships among multitasking, person-job fit, work engagement, and the dark personality traits through questionnaire survey method. Results show that multitasking enhances person-job fit, person-job fit is positively related with work engagement, and individuals’ dark personality traits play a moderation role in the positive relationship between multitasking and person-job fit. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed, and research limitations and future research directions are proposed.
