研究結果顯示:(1)員工體驗與敬業精神具有正向關係;(2)員工體驗與幸福感具有正向關係;(3)幸福感在員工體驗與敬業精神之間具有部分中介效果;(4)轉換型領導與敬業精神具有正向關係;(5)員工體驗在轉換型領導與敬業精神之間具有調節效果。基於上述研究結果,本研究提出管理實務意涵與未來研究建議,期以對組織管理者和人力資源專業人員在提升組織效能方面具有重要的啟示。;In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the importance of employee experience, which has led to more and more companies focusing on how to enhance employee experience and the impact it can have on organizational performance. This study aims to explore the relationships among transformational leadership, employee experience, well-being, and job engagement.
It is found that employee experience is positively related to job engagement and well-being. Employee well-being partially mediates the relationship between employee experience and job engagement. Transformational leadership is found to be positively related to employee’s job engagement. Besides, employee experience moderates the relationship between transformational leadership and job engagement. Drawn on these findings, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
