;With the advancement of technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have also matured gradually. ERP systems effectively integrate processes and information, enhancing productivity for businesses. In recent years, most companies have adopted ERP systems. However, as businesses grow, some smaller or less sophisticated ERP systems can no longer meet the evolving needs of the company, necessitating a transition and upgrade. When replacing systems, reducing employee resistance is a crucial concern. Therefore, this study is based on the Technology Acceptance Model, with change management as an external variable, to investigate the impact of the company′s change management measures on employees′ perception and behavioral intent towards the new ERP system. This study focuses on an electronic manufacturing company currently undergoing an ERP system replacement project. It involves on-site observations and a survey of participants within the case scope. The structural equation modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) is employed for analysis to explore whether acceptance and willingness to use the new system can be improved after the implementation of the company′s change management measures. The research results indicate that after accepting change management measures, users perceive the system as more user-friendly. Increased perceived ease of use is associated with enhanced perceived usefulness, which, in turn, leads to positive evaluations and attitudes towards the new ERP system. Ultimately, this results in the intention and willingness to use the new system.
