Abstract:	現今教學法中，小組討論是一種高互動的教學法之一，在互動的過程中可以學習合作的精神與方法。但目前多數小組討論難以達到應有的學習狀況，主要因素可能來自於討論過程較無秩序、同儕間的發言並無有系統性的統整、討論過程中學生若無做摘要或是筆記，較難在課後複習、老師也無法在課後得知學生學習狀況，無法提供進一步的教學方法。鑑於此，建立一個協助學生以及老師在課堂上小組討論的平台，從系統的角度幫助學生進行小組討論，也幫助老師掌握學生討論過程中、結束後的學習狀況，將有機會提升小組討論的學習狀況。為了達成上述目標，本研究設計了「面對面合作討論平台」，提供學生在討論過程中有秩序的發言，並記錄語音，在討論過後可以針對語音進行摘要及心得的撰寫，並且可以分享以及觀看其他同學的摘要及心得。提供老師可以在討論過後聽取各組的每一位同學發言語音，並從各類圖表掌握學生在小組討論過程中的參與情形、發言狀況。透過這些具體的資料，達到提升小組討論的學習狀況。本研究針對「面對面合作討論平台」進行問卷調查，包含知覺有用性、知覺易用性、平台使用意願度以及平台設計之鷹架..等等評估。透過這些調查，分析此平台在教學現場的需求。透過問卷調查提出的改善建議，未來也將持續改善及發展「面對面合作討論平台」。;Group discussions are highly interactive teaching methods in today′s educational practices, fostering collaboration and cooperative learning among students. However, the majority of current group discussions often fail to achieve desired learning outcomes. Factors contributing to this issue include the lack of structure during the discussion process, the absence of systematic integration of peer contributions, and the challenge for students to review and revise discussions without summaries or notes. Additionally, teachers struggle to assess students′ learning outcomes after the discussion, hindering their ability to provide further instructional support. To address these challenges, the development of a platform that assists students and teachers in conducting effective group discussions in the classroom is proposed. This platform aims to facilitate orderly and recorded voice interactions during discussions, enable students to summarize and reflect on the discussion content, and provide opportunities for sharing and reviewing summaries and reflections among peers. Furthermore, it enables teachers to listen to individual student voice contributions from each group, and through various visualizations and charts, gain insights into students′ participation and speaking patterns during the group discussion. By leveraging these specific data, the platform has the potential to enhance the effectiveness of group discussions. In this study, a web-based voice discussion platform is designed to achieve the aforementioned objectives. A questionnaire survey is conducted to assess the platform′s perceived usefulness, ease of use, smoothness of operation, and user willingness. The survey results will provide insights into the requirements of this platform in educational settings. The feedback and improvement suggestions gathered from the survey will guide the continuous enhancement and development of the web-based voice discussion platform in the future.
