    Abstract: 本研究是以中國大陸某大學的師資培育特色計畫「未來卓越教師硯園班」為個案研究,通過訪談和問卷調查來評估該師資培育計畫的成效,用以評估「未來卓越教師硯園班」未來發展的可能性。本研究分為研究一和研究二,研究一以「未來卓越教師硯園班」的設計者、管理者和教師等為研究對象,通過訪談和問卷調查確定「未來卓越教師硯園班」教師專業指標問卷,以該問卷作為本研究二的調查問卷。研究二的研究對象為107位已經畢業的硯園班學生,通過教師專業素養指標問卷的調查結果,了解畢業生在硯園班的學習成效。研究二運用了描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定和單因數變異數分析處理問卷數據,研究結果顯示硯園班的畢業生對自己在硯園班學習的經歷是滿意的,他們對自己的教師專業素養發展自評也是達到了該計畫所期待的,畢業生對該計畫的學習歷程是認同有成效的,能很好的幫助他們成為良好的教師。經過論文的調查研究,研究者認為未來該所大學可以考慮將「未來卓越教師硯園班」的培養方式適用在學校所有的師資生培育中。;This study takes "future outstanding teacher yanyuan class", a teacher cultivation characteristic program of a university in China, as a case study, and evaluates the effectiveness of this teacher cultivation program through interviews and questionnaires, in order to evaluate the possibility of the future development of "future outstanding teacher yanyuan class". This study is divided into study 1 and Study 2. In study 1, designers, managers and teachers of "future outstanding teacher yanyuan class" are selected as the research objects. Through interviews and questionnaires, the questionnaire of teacher professional indicators of "future outstanding teacher yanyuan class" is determined, which is used as the questionnaire of study 2. Study 2 subjects for 107 the students of yanyuan class has graduated , through teachers′ professional quality index questionnaire results, graduates of yanyuan class learning outcomes assessment results, using descriptive statistics, independent sample t test and single factor variance analysis questionnaire data, the results showed that yanyuan class graduates about their learning experience in yanyuan class is satisfactory, Their self-evaluation of the development of teachers′ professional quality has also reached the expectations of the program. Graduates feel that the learning process of the program is effective and can help them become good teachers. Through the investigation and research of the paper, the researcher believes that the university can consider applying the cultivation mode of "future outstanding teachers yanyuan class" to all the teacher and student cultivation of the university in the future.
