    摘要: 本研究分析臺灣企業在數位學習方面的成效和相關研究成果,旨在探討學術理論和實務經營之間的權衡方式。現今企業充分認識到透過數位學習進行員工培訓不僅能提供時間和空間的彈性,還可以強化企業的競爭力。政府在過去二十年投入大量資源發展數位學習,以提升國人的競爭力和促進終身學習的風氣。本研究透過文獻分析探討企業數位學習成效的研究現狀,以了解各種變因對企業數位學習的影響,藉著這項研究,彙整數位學習成效的現況,從過往的研究中記取經驗,並更有效地聚焦在學習理論和企業關鍵決策。本研究同時發現,企業數位學習的課題在管理、人資和教育領域對成效評估的研究較為豐富;然而,工程和傳播領域也有零星的文獻,凸顯科技導入的議題不僅限於管理、人資和教育相關領域。期望未來有更多不同領域的後進能參與,為數位學習的成效評估提供更多元的觀點。;This study analyzes the effectiveness and research results of Taiwanese corporations in e-learning, aiming to explore the trade-off between academic theory and practical operation. Nowadays, corporations are fully aware that employee training through e-learning can not only provide flexibility in terms of time and space but also enhance the competitiveness of the organizations. The Taiwanese government has invested significant resources in the development of e-learning over the past two decades to enhance the competitiveness of its people and foster a culture of lifelong learning. This study examines the current research status of e-learning effectiveness in corporations through literature analysis, aiming to understand the impact of various variables on e-learning in organizations. It focuses on learning theory and key business decisions. The research findings indicate that there is extensive research on the effectiveness evaluation of corporate e-learning in the fields of management, human resources, and education. However, there are only sporadic studies in the fields of engineering and communication, highlighting the need to consider technology introduction beyond the realms of management, human resources, and education. It is expected that future research will involve more participants from different fields, providing diverse perspectives for evaluating the effectiveness of e-learning.
