摘要 完善的思考可以增加決策品質,本研究範圍涵括策略、決策與辯證思維規律三領域;本研究之目的為藉瞭解辯證思維三大規律:對立統一規律、量變質變規律和否定否定規律,驗證決策的本質、態勢與辯證思維三者是相同的,發展出以對立思考為核心辯證思維導向之決策模式。透過建立決策維度辯證選項表,歸納出關鍵決策維度;再以配對比較問卷進行關鍵決策維度重要性排序;最後以決策現況值與目標值之差值量表建立差值座標圖,並建議最適策略,以進行辯證決策模式之運作,形成決策。 以新竹科學園區驊洲運通為個案做為實證研究,分析主管的決策思維;實證結果發現:個案公司短期內欲達成損益兩平目標,決策時應依序參考財務、資源、市場、態度、策略和結構六大關鍵維度之正反辯項,其中策略維度應採躍昇策略,其餘維度皆應採互滲策略。 Abstract The perfect ponder may increase the decision-making quality. This study contains strategy, decision and dialectical thought law. The goals of the research by understanding the three important laws of dialectical thought:the contradiction law, the qualitative and quantitative exchange law and the negation of negation law. The decision-making's essence and the situation and the dialectical thought are comfirmed all the same. An analytical dialectic thought oriented decision-meaking model is developed. The dialectical decision model operates by establishing decision-making dimension dialectical option table and Inducing the key decision dimension; using the comparison questionnaire to sort the key decision dimension; finally computing the difference between the decision-making current value and target value and building up a differential value graph. Then suggests the most suitable strategy. HUA-JHOU Company in the Hsinchu Scientific Park is chosen as The empirical study case. After analyzing managers’ decision-making thought; the results are found: the company wants to achieve two even goals of the profit and loss in short-term, the managers make decision should refer the debates to pro and con in order of financial, resource, market, manner, strategy and structure six important essential dimensions . The strategy dimension should use the jump strategy, other dimensions should all use the infiltrate strategy respectively.
