職涯成功無論是在學術界或是實務界皆逐漸受到重視,個人的職涯成功對於組織而言有著重要的意義。過去研究實證,穩定的個體差異在預測職涯成功上扮演重要的角色,然而對個體行為具有強大影響力的未來時間觀變數卻甚少被探究,本研究建立在未來時間觀理論、調節焦點理論以及職涯建構理論的基礎上,探討促進焦點與職涯適應力在未來時間觀與職涯成功間的序列中介關係。 本研究採便利抽樣的方式進行問卷發放,研究對象為一般民營企業員工,為避免共同方法變異的問題,本研究採兩階段問卷發放,間隔一個月的時間,經兩階段問卷配對,有效回收數為336份。本研究採結構方程式檢驗中介模型,研究結果顯示未來時間觀與促進焦點、促進焦點與職涯適應力、職涯適應力與主客觀職涯成功皆呈現正向顯著關係,而促進焦點以及職涯適應力在未來時間觀與主客觀職涯成功間存在序列中介的關係。本研究發現也提供有關於未來時間觀、目標追尋的特質以及職涯適應力影響職涯成功的實務意涵與未來研究方向之建議。 ;Career success is considered to be very important to academia and industry. Personal career success is mean to the organizations. In the past research, stable individual differences play an important role in predicting career success. However, Future Time Perspective which exists a great influence on individuals’ behaviors was lacked for further discussion. This study which is based on Future Time Perspective Theories, Regulatory Focus Theory, and Career Construct Theory examine the mediating model for the relations among Future Time Perspective, Promotion Focus, Career Adaptability and Career Success. The survey study which was conducted among 336 employees of private enterprises measured by two waves. The results of structural equation modeling analyses offered strong support for the proposed model. In addition, the result further showed that there are sequential mediation among Future Time Perspective and Career Success. These findings carry implications and future research directions for future time perspective, the characteristic way to approach goals, career adaptability and career success.
