1.男性的工作-家庭衝突高於女性 2.擔任主管職會比基層員工有較大的工作家庭衝突 3.30歲以上比30歲以下的受測者工作家庭衝突較高 ;Taiwan is currently short of studies on work-family conflict between males and females in new generation born after 1980. To make up for this gap, sample of H retail company is used as a pioneer for such research. This study is intended to explore work-family conflict feelings of salespeople in H retail company and give suggestions to improve human resources management for the case company.
This study investigated all the salespeople in H retail company by questionnaires. 231 questionnaires are retrieved and 119 are valid. The effective response rate was 51.5%. After analyzing the data, the results are as follow:
1. Male’s work-family conflict is higher than female’s. 2. Serving as a supervisor has a larger work-family conflict than an entry level employee. 3. Subjects over 30 years old have higher work-family conflict than those under 30 years old.
