    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討工作要求、內在動機、工作社會支持、工作滿意度及組織公民行為等變項之間的關係。研究結果發現工作要求對員工的工作滿意度有負向的關係;內在動機與工作社會支持則對於員工的工作滿意度有正向的關係;工作滿意度對於員工的組織公民行為有正向的關係。本研究依據研究結果的管理意涵進行討論,並對後續相關研究提出建議。;This study explores the relationships among job demands, intrinsic motivation, job social support, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. The results indicate that job demands are negatively related to job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation and job social support are positively related to job satisfaction. It is also found that job satisfaction is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
