    Abstract: 在現今社會中「團隊」的建立已屢見不鮮,團隊所能達到的路途比個人所能達到得更加遙遠,而在團隊的合作歷程中團隊凝聚力是一項不可或缺的關鍵因素,團隊凝聚力也成為建立團隊及處理團隊關係中一樣不可忽視的議題。本研究以「團隊凝聚力」為關鍵字,蒐集國內與團隊凝聚力相關文獻,探討個人因素及組織因素與團隊凝聚力及其影響結果之關係,並透過後設分析研究各變項間之相關性,而以下為本研究之發現:

    一、個人因素:開放性人格特質、嚴謹性人格特質、外向性人格特質、宜人性人格特質、正向情緒、社會支持、參與動機、組織認同與團隊凝聚力呈現顯著正相關;神經質人格特質與團隊凝聚力間無顯著負相關。

    二、組織因素:任務衝突、程序衝突、關係衝突與團隊凝聚力呈現顯著負相關;組織氣氛與團隊凝聚力呈現顯著正相關。

    三、結果變項:團隊凝聚力與選手滿意度、運動自信心、流暢體驗、工作滿意度、組織承諾、組織公民行為、績效表現呈現顯著正相關;退出意圖與團隊凝聚力呈現顯著負相關。
    ;Nowadays, ‘‘Teams’’ are everywhere. Teams can reach farther than individuals can, and team cohesiveness is an indispensable element in teamwork. In this study, ‘‘Team Cohesiveness’’ was used as a keyword to collect the domestic research related to team cohesiveness. This study used meta-analysis to explore and analyze the relationship between personal and organizational factors with team cohesiveness and its outcomes. The following are the results:

    I. Personal factors: open personality, strict personality, extroverted personality, pleasant personality, positive emotions, social support, motivation to participate, and organizational identity are positively related to team cohesiveness; neurotic personality has no influence on team cohesiveness.

    II. Organizational factors: task conflict, procedural conflict, and relationship conflict are negatively related to team cohesiveness; organizational atmosphere is positively related to team cohesiveness.

    III. Outcome variables: team cohesiveness is positively related to athlete satisfaction, self-confidence in sports, flow experience, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational civic behavior, and performance; team cohesiveness is negatively related to quit intention.
