研究結果顯示,在新冠肺炎的影響下,知覺組織支持的程度與員工工作不安全感、工作壓力皆具有顯著負向關係;且工作不安全感於知覺組織支持及工作壓力間存在中介效果。另組織工作年資對於工作不安全感與工作壓力具交互效果,負向干擾效果成立。研究證實在不確定的環境下,組織工作年資會削弱工作不安全感與工作壓力間的正向關係,減緩員工的工作壓力知覺。;This study is aimed at the empirical research in the Aviation Industry practitioners, explore the impact of aviation practitioners due to the epidemic under the new crown pneumonia, and the purpose is to investigate whether the perceived organizational support affects the job insecurity of the employees, also examine the relationship between the organizational work tenure and job stress, and further explore how perceived organizational support affect job stress perception, through the job insecurity.
Through the questionnaire survey, 481 questionnaires were obtained from December 2020 to January 2021. With hierarchical regression analysis, this study examined the association between independent variable perceived organizational support, dependent variables job stress, intervening variable job insecurity and interference variable organizational work tenure.
The results suggested that perceived organizational support has negative correlation both of job insecurity and job stress. There is also an intermediary effect of job insecurity between the perceived organizational support and job stress. Studies have confirmed that in an uncertain environment, organizational work tenure will weaken the positive relationship between job insecurity and job stress.
