最終本研究證實了基礎服務、內部數位化、組織變革和內部數位化與基礎服務的交互作用可以為企業的營運績效帶來正向的影響,這也說明了同時採取內部數位化策略與基礎服務的提供可以進一步的加強企業的營運績效。 ;In the past literature, different types of strategies have rarely been discussed separately when discussing Servitization andDigitalization, and Digital Transformation is also an important topic for enterprises to adopt digital strategies, so this study will propose further research on three topics: Servitization, Digitalization and Digital Transformation.
This study take Taiwan′s small and medium-sized manufacturing industry as the research sample and analyzed the direct and indirect effects by using multiple regression.The research structure is divided into basic services, digital services, internal digitalization, external digitalization and organizational change to explore the impact on the operational performance under the align of different strategies.
Finally, this study confirms the direct effects of basic services, internal digitalization, and organizational change,in addition, this study confirms that the interaction between internal digitalization and basic services can makethe positive impact on the operational performance of enterprises, which also shows that the adoption of internal digital strategies and the provision of basic services can further strengthen the operational performance .
