近年來網路人力資源媒合已相當普及,人力資源網站也都快速成長,透過人力資源網站能夠求職、求才,其中也包含家教網中,教師與學生的媒合。然而現今家教網只依據教師與學生所提供的基本條件做媒合,此種媒合方式可能會產生大量的配對結果,讓使用者難以做決策;再者並沒有考量到師生間的適配度,缺乏進一步的配對機制,以提高媒合適配度。而本研究是針對學生找尋教師的部分加以探討,以音樂教師媒合為例,加強人力資源網站在配對機制的不足之處。本研究先探討工作推薦系統及個人與環境適配的議題;再找尋教學媒合的衡量工具,發現麥布二氏人格類型量表(MBTI)及教學活動偏好問卷(TAP)為合適的衡量指標;之後利用相似吸引模型理論,以餘弦相似性計算其指標相似程度,藉以創造智慧型媒合配對機制;最後建立智慧型教學媒合網站,以提供有效率及高適配度的教師推薦系統。Although most of the human resources websites can provide matching function for students and tutors, these websites only allow users to refine their search results through basic query criteria such as gender, location and tuition. Besides, such search mechanism generally does not take into account of the goodness of fit between teachers and students. Accordingly, this study applies the approaches of job recommendation system and person-environment fit to develop a smart matching mechanism for students who want to look for suitable music teachers. This mechanism includes the consideration of personality fit and teaching type fit, which adopts the measurements from the approaches of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Teaching Activities Preference Questionnaire (TAP). Then we use cosine similarity to calculate the closeness of the measurements, which are then transformed into weighted scores to rank the suitability of teachers for a student. Finally this matching mechanism was programmed and deployed into a human resource website, which can provide efficient and reliable matching results for students and teachers.
