本研究以173位的全職員工為研究對象,探討轉換型領導風格與員工心理賦能的關係,以及心理賦能和主動行為、工作幸福感之關係。 本研究透過網路問卷發放,研究結果顯示轉換型領導與心理賦能有正向的關係;心理賦能與員工的主動行為和工作幸福感有正向的關係。最後,本研究依據研究結果,提出對於管理實務的意涵以及未來研究之建議。;This study investigates the relationships among transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, proactive behavior, and well-being. It is found that transformational leadership is positively related to employees’ psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment is positively related to employees’ proactive behavior and well-being. Based on the findings, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
